Registered Members Members in MY-IPTV.com site without any valid coupon (see below)
  - the coupon in a trial version is expired,
    or the coupon in a bundled version is expired. .

1. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you registered as your User ID.
 
2. Follow the instruction in the e-mail to reset your password.
 
3. If you do not want to reset your password, you may disregard the e-mail.
 
    Membership information update
 
Do you need to update your membership information? You can update your membership information after you log in at www.my-iptv.com.  You may update your information by clicking on [SUPPORT] and then on [Member Info.].  However, you cannot change the e-mail address that you registered as your user ID.
 
    Membership Cancellation
 
To cancel your membership, please log-in first and click on [SUPPORT] menu and then click on [Member Info.] on the left.  Then click on [Membership Cancellation] to cancel your membership.  Your request must be verified and confirmed via email.

Your membership information will be deleted when you cancel your membership. However, if you re-apply within 30 days, you can still use the same User ID.
