Error message: “Please check your internet connection and try MY-IPCAM Anywhere Server again.” The following error message is displayed when I try to log in to MY-IPCAM Anywhere ™ Server.

 
Did you check your internet connection? Can you browse internet?

  1. Make sure that your DSL/Cable modem is turned on and functioning properly.
  2. If you are using a router, please check for proper setup and connection.
  3. Please check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected to your computer.
  4. Make sure that Local Area Connection (in Network Connections) is enabled and connected.
  5. Please check with the internet service provider.
