| How to set up UPnP on your router. |

- UPnP is NOT supported under these circumstances.
- The operating system is NOT Windows XP.
- You have a router that does NOT support UPnP (older routers that were manufactured before 2002). [LINK]
- When UPnP feature is NOT enabled on your router. [LINK]
- TCP Port 2869 and/or, UDP Port 1900 are blocked by your firewall.
- Firewall (such as ZoneAlam or Windows Firewall) is blocking UPnPAgent.exe from running.
- How to check UPnP setting for MY-IPTV Anywhere Server (Port Forwarding status for UPnP)
- Click Option on MY-IPTV Anywhere Sever. Then click on Etc Setting… in the Property Setting window. [LINK]
- My router is an older model that does NOT suppor UPnP. How can I configure my router?
- You can manually configure Port Forwarding on your router. [LINK]

- Error message : “NO Internet Gateway device available”.
If you are using an Internet Gateway Device (ex. router) and see this message, please go to “1. UPnP is NOT supported under these circumstances."
- Error message: “Cannot communicate with the router properly. Please restart your computer and router, and then start MY-IPTV Anywhere Server again.”
You may encounter problem even if you configure Port Forwarding properly under these circusmtances:
- You just installed the router on your home network.
- You just confiured router after resetting the router.
- You changed your router or it is connected to another network.
If you are experiecning any of these problems, please restart your computer. If the problem persists, please reset your router first and restart your computer.
- Error message : “You are using multiple routers. MY-IPTV Anywhere does NOT support multiple-router setting".
If you are using mulitple router, UPnP or Port Forwarding features will NOT work properly.
