| How do I fix no or poor video feed/signal? |

- Please check if TV/cable line is properly connected to the server PC (where MY-IPTV Anywhere Server is running).
- How do I select correct video source?
- After logging-in on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application, click on “Option” button and select correct “Input Source” from the list under “TV setting” tab. (TV, CATV, S-Video, Composite)
- How do I fix poor video quality?
- After logging-in on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application, click on “Option” button and click on “Default” button or adjust “Fine Adjustments” setting under “Video setting” tab. (Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation)
- How do I select proper video capture device?
- Click on “Option” button to go to “Property setting” window. Select “MY IPBOX” (Syntek STK 1160) as Video Capture Device. Then click “OK” to save the setting.
- After logging-in on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application, click on “Option” button. Then under “TV setting” tab, click “Auto Scan” button to scan for available channels.
