How do I fix no or poor video feed/signal?
 
  1. Please check if TV/cable line is properly connected to the server PC (where MY-IPTV Anywhere Server is running).

  2. How do I select correct video source?

    1. After logging-in on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application, click on “Option” button and select correct “Input Source” from the list under “TV setting” tab. (TV, CATV, S-Video, Composite)

  3. How do I fix poor video quality?

    1. After logging-in on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application, click on “Option” button and click on “Default” button or adjust “Fine Adjustments” setting under “Video setting” tab. (Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation)

  4. How do I select proper video capture device?

    1. Click on “Option” button to go to “Property setting” window. Select “MY IPBOX” (Syntek STK 1160) as Video Capture Device. Then click “OK” to save the setting.

  5. After logging-in on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application, click on “Option” button. Then under “TV setting” tab, click “Auto Scan” button to scan for available channels.
