How do I fix no or poor audio/sound quality?
 
  1. Can you hear audio/sound from other players ? (WMP, MP3, MPEG, DVD or others)

    1. Check for correct sound card installation/fuctionality
    2. Make sure your speakers are on and is properly connected to your computer.
    3. Check volume for proper setting. ( fix mute or too low)
    4. Click on “Option” button to go to “Property setting” window. Select “MY IPBOX” (USB Audio Device/Audio) as Mixer Device. Click “OK” to save the setting.

  2. How do I select proper audio device ?

    1. Click on “Option” button to go to “Property setting” window. Select “MY IPBOX” (USB Audio Device/Audio) as Mixer Device. Click “OK” to save the setting.

  3. How do I remove echo effect?

    1. Please unplug, turn off or mute MIC from your computer.
    2. Temporarily remove USB Headset that you use for internet phone service. (e.g. Skype)
    3. Unplug line-out audio cable from MY-IPBOX. However, this is NOT recommended if there is no sound afterwards.
    4. Select “Mute” on the “Line-in” section from Master Volume Control.
    5. Please try reinstalling MY-IPBOX driver file on your computer.

  4. If none of the above works, what do I do next?

    1. Please plug-in audio cable to MY-IPBOX. (line-out port)
    2. Then connect same audio cable line to line-in port on your computer.
    3. Then start MY-IPTV Anywhere Server, and click on “Option” button. In “Mixer Device setting” window, select the audio device. Then select appropriate playback and recording channels.
