- Did you check your internet connection? Can you browse internet?
- Make sure that your DSL/Cable modem is turned on and functioning properly.
- If you are using a router, please check for proper setup and connection.
- Please check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected to your computer.
- Make sure that Local Area Connection (in Network Connections) is enabled and connected.
- Please check with the internet service provider.
- Do you have correct User ID and password?
- Make sure that you are using same User ID and password that you used on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application.
- The User ID and password are case-sensitive, so make sure that you are entering your User ID and password correctly.

- The password can be reset by clicking on “Password Help” at the main home page (www.my-iptv.com).
- Please check to see if the server PC (where MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application is installed) is turned on.
- Please check if MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application is running properly on the server PC.
- If you have a Firewall setup on the server PC (where MY-IPTV Anywhere™ Server application is installed) such as Windows Firewall , ZoneAlarm, and Norton Firewall, please make sure that the Firewall is configured properly.[LINK]
