MY-IPTV Anywhere™ Player cannot access MY-IPTV Anywhere™ Server
 
  1. Did you check your internet connection? Can you browse internet?

    1. Make sure that your DSL/Cable modem is turned on and functioning properly.
    2. If you are using a router, please check for proper setup and connection.
    3. Please check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected to your computer.
    4. Make sure that Local Area Connection (in Network Connections) is enabled and connected.
    5. Please check with the internet service provider.

  2. Do you have correct User ID and password?

    1. Make sure that you are using same User ID and password that you used on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application.
    2. The User ID and password are case-sensitive, so make sure that you are entering your User ID and password correctly.
    3. Make sure that you have registered at [Sign Up]
    4. The password can be reset by clicking on “Password Help” at the main home page (www.my-iptv.com).

  3. Please check to see if the server PC (where MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application is installed) is turned on.

  4. Please check if MY-IPTV Anywhere Server application is running properly on the server PC.

  5. If you have a Firewall setup on the server PC (where MY-IPTV Anywhere™ Server application is installed) such as Windows Firewall , ZoneAlarm, and Norton Firewall, please make sure that the Firewall is configured properly.[LINK]

  6. If you are using a router, please make sure that you configured your router properly (e.g. UPnP).[LINK]
