I cannot log-in from MY-IPTV Anywhere Server. What can I do?
 
  1. Did you check your internet connection? Can you browse internet?

    1. Make sure that your DSL/Cable modem is turned on and functioning properly.
    2. If you are using a router, please check for proper setup and connection.
    3. Please check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected to your computer.
    4. Make sure that Local Area Connection (in Network Connections) is enabled and connected.
    5. Please check with the internet service provider.

  2. Do you have correct User ID and password?

    1. The User ID and password are case-sensitive, so make sure that you are entering your User ID and password correctly.
    2. Make sure that you registered at [Sign Up]
    3. The password can be reset by clicking on “Password Help” at the main home page (www.my-iptv.com)

  3. Please check to see if MY IPBOX or TV capture card/device is installed and functioning properly on your computer.
