| I cannot log-in from MY-IPTV Anywhere Server. What can I do? |

- Did you check your internet connection? Can you browse internet?
- Make sure that your DSL/Cable modem is turned on and functioning properly.
- If you are using a router, please check for proper setup and connection.
- Please check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected to your computer.
- Make sure that Local Area Connection (in Network Connections) is enabled and connected.
- Please check with the internet service provider.
- Do you have correct User ID and password?
- The User ID and password are case-sensitive, so make sure that you are entering your User ID and password correctly.
- Make sure that you registered at
[Sign Up]
- The password can be reset by clicking on “Password Help” at the main home page (www.my-iptv.com)
- Please check to see if MY IPBOX or TV capture card/device is installed and functioning properly on your computer.
